We’re Hiring: Finance Analyst (Office-Based, Moldova)
Are you a numbers-driven professional with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for turning data into insight? Join our Finance team and play a key role in shaping the company’s revenue strategy and operational efficiency!

What You’ll Do

As a Finance Analyst, you’ll dive deep into our financial and operational data to ensure accuracy, optimize reporting, and provide actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accuracy in revenue reporting and conducting detailed checks

  • Collaborating with DWH, BKK, and operational teams to improve revenue and cost processes

  • Analyzing revenue by project, contact type, product, and other key metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

  • Forecasting revenue in partnership with analytics and tech teams, and working on automation

  • Managing and verifying the distribution of operational costs, manually or automatically

  • Identifying anomalies and ensuring profitability across projects, products, and funnel steps

  • Creating clear, insightful reports for leadership and supporting other departments (Marketing, Sales, Support) with ad-hoc data needs

  • Seeking opportunities to improve financial performance and streamline business flows

  • Participating in automation of financial reporting processes

  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by your manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

  • Strong grasp of managerial accounting: P&L, profitability analysis, unit economics, LTV

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

  • Strong analytical skills with confidence handling large datasets (30,000+ rows)

  • Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, visualizations)

  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • CIMA certification (P1/P2) is a plus

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
