Essential Expertise:

• Over 5 years of experience in IT recruiting

• Possess expert knowledge in recruitment tactics and strategies

• Skilled in building comprehensive hiring processes, including job description creation, automation implementation, and result measurement

• Fluent in English at an intermediate or higher level

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and analytical skills

• Leadership skills would be a plus

• Plan and coordinate complex recruitment projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution
