Job requirements
Essential Expertise:
At least 3 years of experience managing affiliate programs as a manager or team lead
Experience in OTA, airline sales, or travel-related industries is highly preferred
Strong understanding of performance marketing, CPA models, and attribution principles
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (CJ, FlexOffers are a strong plus)
Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable conclusions (report creation is not required)
Confident conversational English for daily communication with international partners
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maximize partner performance and build win-win relationships
Knowledge of compliance standards, brand safety, and affiliate best practices
Key Contributions:
Grow affiliate channel profitability with a clear focus on profit, qualified leads, and new connected affiliates as core KPIs
Recruit, onboard, and activate new high-quality affiliate partners aligned with company goals
Optimize partner performance through continuous testing, negotiation, and relationship management
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key strategic affiliates
Provide clear performance insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall business strategy
Participate in international industry exhibitions and conferences 2–4 times per year (all business trips are fully covered)
